Traveling to and around Croatia
Getting around Croatia is aided massively due
to its excellent bus service. Bus stops are located
in even some of the smaller Croatian towns and
villages. Longer bus journeys are made to be very
comfortable and comes at a very reasonable price.
Another popular way of traveling is on Croatia’s
train network. Although the train network isn’t
as vast as the Bus it still serves a valuable
method of travel. Comparing prices with other

than car hire can be in similar countries. All

Croatian currency is the Kuna – means marten
which is a weasel like creature – fur was

National Park of Plitvice Lakes. Its even possible

Situated between the coast of Zadar and The
capital city ( Zagreb) the beauty that the national
park has to offer has to be seen to be believed.
Within the national park are 16 lakes that all
connect to each other by flowing waterfalls. All
set in a back drop of deep woodland and valley
cliff tops. The largest of all the water falls
is the Veliki Slap which is a ore inspiring 70
meters tall.
The Plitvice Lakes National Park
is open 8am to 7pm in the summer season, but is
open all year round as well.

Children under 7 can enter the park for free.
Those aged between 7 – 18 receive a cheaper
ticket to those above. There are other group prices
which can lower the price and additional tours
guides can be booked to show you around and show
you the most scenic areas to visit.
Because of its length of coast line Croatia
is ideal for your sailing holiday. Not to forget
to mention the many island and ports where you
can stop and sample the local cuisine. Charter

Water Sports on your Holiday in Croatia
If you wish to learn to dive then Croatia has
crystal clear waters to learn in. In the Adriantic

pleasurable dive site are situated. Surfing and
